Derek Nelson Band
Originally from Martinez, California, singer-songwriter Derek Nelson brings sensibilities from his small town upbringing face-to-face with the experiences living in New York City. His style has been inspired by some of his favorite songwriters including Billy Joel, John Mayer, Elvis Costello, and Paul Simon. While his musical tastes are wildly varied, his own music is a balance of "old" and "new," touching on topics like the battles of love and loss, and growing up.
Goodbye Picasso
Formed in New York City, Goodbye Picasso has had the good fortune of preforming original music together for over a decade. It’s members, Chris Dreyer (guitar, vocals), Dalton Ridenhour (Piano), Scott Taylor (guitar), Tim Lappin (bass), and Nate Terry (drums) have been active in the NYC music scene for years and bring their experience and love of music to every performance. Their variety of influences has allowed them to create a sound all their own, while still feeling familiar to audiences and listeners alike. Their latest album release, “Somewhere Between the Dog and the Wolf” is available everywhere.
